Rations, Meal Kit Supply, Assorted full case

Ah, the MRE – Meal Ready to Eat – the classic staple of on-the-go, high op tempo soldier nutrition. These modern MREs are decently priced and tasty! Containing 12 assorted full ration packs, each meal comes with an entrée, side dish, spread (peanut butter or jam), drink mix, dessert, condiments, spoon, napkin, and flameless ration heater. Meal Kit Supply’s MREs are prepared and packaged by U.S. Military contractors, so they contain the same menu items that are found in genuine U.S. Military MREs.

The rugged retort packaging also makes MREs highly durable. They’re water-proof, impact-resistant, air-droppable up to 100 feet, and hermetically sealed against pests and contaminants. In other words, MREs can take a beating. It’s like having a ruggedized restaurant in your backpack.

MREs are manufactured for a 5-year shelf-life, but can often go well beyond this date. Some hobbyists taste MREs and ration packs going back to World War II that are still fit for consumption.

What is condition?

Mission Fit Kit uses a simple grading system for its inventory:

New Items– These are, as you might have guessed, new! They are manufactured by our trusted network of suppliers and are straight from the factory to our warehouse.

NOS – New Old Stock- These items were purchased by a military but never issued to troops and subsequently sold off to the public, due to the item being replaced or overstock. These may or may not have their original packaging, but are essentially brand new, with no signs of wear.

Grade 1– Items were issued, but it must have been to a POG (Person Other than Grunt), or a recruit who didn’t make it past the barracks before quitting. They show very little signs of wear, though they may have some imperfections. The items are serviceable as sold, with no need for repairs.

Grade 2– Items were issued, maybe to a grunt, or someone who has noticeably used them. They may need some slight but quick and inexpensive repairs, such as seam-sealing, using a patch kit for a pinhole leak in an air mattress, or sewing a few stitches on a garment. There are no significant repairs that someone with a bit of skill cannot perform. The cost of the items is adjusted in consequence, and doing these repairs yourself can help you adapt your kit list to incorporate some items you could use for field repairs. Mission Fit Kit will not sell items below a Grade 2 condition. We just won’t.

What's the return policy?

We offer a 10-day return policy on most items. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact our customer service for a return authorization. Items will be returned at the client’s expense. We are happy to assist in reducing this cost by leveraging our shipping network and rates. Our carriers can pick the item up at your door.
